Patricia Ndikwani supports the implementation and scale of the Adolescent Girls Program (AGP) and Boy Champions Program (BCP) across partner schools, working closely with the program team to ensure effective delivery. She coordinates program activities, facilitators and ensures alignment across implementation sites.

Her role includes coordinating with schools, organizing parent and teacher engagements, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders to support program uptake and sustainability.
